We seek an honest, skilled, and dependable contractor to provide service to the properties we manage. Services range from total rehab of a property to minor repairs. Skills required are in the areas of electrical, plumbing, heating, roofing, flooring, painting, cleaning, and general construction. Along with these is the need to create a good rapport with our tenants.

INVOICING / PAYMENT
Effective March 2023:​
​
Invoices need to be received in the office by close of day on Wednesday to be paid out on Thursday, if approved.
​
Invoice must include the address work was performed at and type of work performed
​
Payments
​
Before payment of an invoice, the following must be received in the office:

Completed and current W-9
-
Certificate of insurance
-
Waiver
​
Payments will be then mailed out.
