How to Pay Rent
We accept payments in the form of a money order or Cashier’s Check made payable to the company which owns the property you are renting. Be sure to include your name and address on the money order or Cashier’s Check. You may also make a cash direct deposit to the bank account of the company which owns the property you are renting.

Note: We do not accept cash for any payments at the office.
We Receive Payments in one of 3 Ways:
1. Money order or cashier’s check mailed to our office at:

Note: When mailing a payment the payment must be received in our office on or before the 1st of the month to not be considered a late payment.

3. A deposit made directly at the bank into the account of the company which owns the property you are renting. Please call our office during normal business hours at 414-539-6255 to learn how to deposit directly.
What's My Water Bill?
Milwaukee Area: To find out the due date and the amount you owe for your water bill please log on to the website with your account number.
Suburban Heights: To find out the due date and the amount you owe for your water bill please log on to the website with your account number.​
If you do not know your account number please contact our office at 414-539-6255 and one of our friendly staff members will be able to assist you.
Whom do I Contact for Maintenance or Repair?
If maintenance or repair is needed at the property you are renting please call our office at 414-539-6255 to request a work order.

Work orders are performed in the order they are received with the exceptions of emergencies, which are attended to promptly. Emergencies include floods, no heat, or electricity is out.
If this is an emergency after normal business hours, please call 414-640-1406.
Intent to Vacate
We require a written notice of your intent to vacate 30 days prior to the date you intend to vacate the property you are renting. To give proper notice please complete the Intent to Vacate form and return it to our office either by emailing secondtimearound@yahoo.com or mail to Second Time Around Realty Inc, 3121 W Wisconsin Ave Suite 3, Milwaukee, WI 53208.
