Step 2

Make sure you meet the following pre-qualifications:

• Total household income must be 3 times the amount of rent.

• Must not have any court ordered evictions or money judgements in the past 5 years.

• Must have a good landlord and personal reference check.

Step 3

If you are interested in renting one of our homes and meet the pre-qualifications in step 2, call (414) 539-6255 to find out about self guided tours.  Only 2 adults may come to the property and must be wearing masks and follow the CDC guidelines for social distancing.

Step 4

After completing Steps 1-3 and are still interested, please click on the "Apply" button below to download an application.
